I’m a native Spanish VO actress, but I consider myself bilingual after spending many years living in English-speaking countries. I speak both Spanish (with Spanish accent) and English (with neutral/American accent) in equal measure every day.

 

Hence, total fluency in both language is guaranteed.

 

I also speak Italian, German and French, and I could provide VO services in these languages as well – but with an accent 😉
